Minnesota State Statute 43A.191 has been discriminatory and unconstitutional since it passed in 1987.
This isn't a "new" DEI thing. this as been encoded in State law for 38 years. The United States Department of Justice is investigating the State of Minnesota including the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services for discrimination.
